The Imperial Serenade promotes today your monthly encounter, extra in the Club Petropolitano (Avenue Roberto Silveira – Center). The Imperial Serenade will be introducing itself today, from the 20h, in Petropolitano, with free admission.

In a commemorative show, the group included Petrópolis' Hymn” in his repertoire to celebrate the birthday of the city, as well as musics that homage the women (as “it sings Maria”, “Princess of the Brazil”, “Woman”, among others) and the city of Rio de Janeiro (“Waltz of a city”), which also is of birthday.

Many other MPB's Pearls will be interpreted by the Imperial Serenade.

Wednesday, on April, 25 2007 PRESENTATION OF THE IMPERIAL SERENADE TOMORROW

The Imperial Serenade, accomplishing the tradition of if introduce all last Thursday of month, will be April on the 26th in the Crystal Palace, from the 20h with free admission

The group had beginning in May 1997 and was coordinate for Wilson Francisco Fagundes until June 2004, when, with their 40 integrant, it was created Seresteiros' Association of the Imperial Serenade, having as president the Mr. Odi Flávio Simas, coordinator, organizer and regent of the group.

Rescuing the good quality music and MPB's Great Names, the Imperial Serenade sings love of the prettier songs, motivating tourists visit her our dear Petrópolis.

Besides the fixed monthly presentations, the Imperial Serenade also sings at the Christmas and Carnival, with events that valorize the traditions of the dates.

All the events have free admission, where the appreciative are recepcionados with a livreto contend the letters of all the musics that will be introduced by seresteiros.

Petrópolis' Municipal Prefecture supports all the events, through the Culture and Tourism Foundation and of other collaborators companies.
