PRESENTATION OF THE SERENADE

In the last days 11 and on June, 13, two tourists' groups of the city of Santos-SP who were put up in Casablanca Center here in Petrópolis did a "Cheeses and Wines" in the Chalet Manaká and hired the Imperial Serenade that recepcionou with a very very selected repertoire and the presentation pleased very and was alone success, but also both groups were very interactive.

The Imperial Serenade Project commemorates today 12 years of existence.
I firstly want to thank to the GOD for give me health, disposition and much willpower so that I can every months formalize this work which I consider joyful.

I also thank to the musicians, seresteiros and seresteiras by the great collaboration.

I thank to this wonderful public by the presence and fondness, because without you, would not be here and it is gratifying to sing and to transmit for you , melodies that can tell them something more.

I thank to my son Laio, because if here I am occupying coordinator's place, is because it was through his that I started to take part in the project.

I thank my wife Vera by the dedication and support.

I thank to the Mr. Wilson Francisco Fagundes by the legacy that let us, because it was not your initiative, we would not be giving continuity to this work.

Finally, I thank to all that somehow collaborated for the accomplishment of this event.

And it would like to clarify in few words that Coordinate is not just to choose the repertoire; organize the rehearsals, sometimes in half one or another scolding; finally do the whole necessary work for a good presentation.

Coordinate it also is be friend, companion, be example;

dedication example, donation, personal dignity and above all love.
Therefore they forgive my imperfections, sure that my effort and work has for stimulus the how close victory want to reach.

And if what I am doing is not being the best, be sure that it is the best that I come trying to do.

12 YEARS OF THE IMPERIAL SERENADE

Next day 28 of May, the Imperial Serenade project will be completing 12 years of existence, and the commemoration will happen in the Crystal Palace to the leave of the 20h, free admission, and the public will have right of the traditional livreto contend repertoire and a birthday delicious cake. it worths checking!!!

PRESENTATION OF THE SERENADE

Last day on April, 30 (Thursday) our presentation in the prtropolitano club happened. This month had in our public the presence of groups of: Mesquita(RJ), Caxias (RJ), Rio de Janeiro (RJ) São Paulo (SP) and Happy (Es) that last, seresteiros group. The Imperial Serenade thanks vastly to everybody who were present, including petropolitanos assiduous.

FINALLY THE IMPERIAL SERENADE BACK TO THE THE CRYSTAL PALACE

The presentation of the Imperial Serenade regarding month of março/2009, happened last day Thursday 26 in the Club Petropolitano as decision of the Culture Foundation and Petrópolis' Tourism.

On day Friday 27/03/2009, the coordinator of Serenata, Odi Flávio Simas was in the Culture Foundation and was received p/ cultural director Mr. Pedro Troyack. The Mr. Odi introduced an IPHAN's Craft in which consists that the referred organ anything regarding the presentation of the serenade in the Crystal Palace is opposed. And we are waiting the liberation of the Palace p/ the next presentation that will happen in April month.

Monday 30 of March 2009 the Mr. Odi Flávio was communication through the Culture Foundation and Petrópolis' Tourism who the presentations of the serenade come back for the Crystal Palace to the leave from maio/2009, because in the events' calendar of April month already consists the presentation in the Petropolitano Club.
